I request that you inform me: 1) whether there has been established at the State Publishing House in general such a procedure that upon the publication of each and every book and pamphlet without exception, the following are recorded in writing:
a) the signature of a member of the editorial board of the State Publishing House responsible for the editorial review of the given work;
b) the signature of the text editor;
c) the signature of the responsible proofreader or publisher, or the one issuing the work.

2) If not, what are the objections to such a procedure? What are the present means of control?
