Dear Comrade! I sent you a telegram today requesting that you substitute, in the current issue of ЦО, my article “On the State of Affairs in the Social-Democratic Movement”* with an article (by Grigory) on pacifism. If it’s already too late for that, please arrange to have all the remaining materials set— we’ll immediately publish another issue of ЦО.

What about the pamphlet?** Can Kuzma typeset it? (Approximately 100,000 characters. Preferably at a lower cost—
