OF THE CONFERENCE OF SOUTHERN COMMITTEES

AND TO THE SOUTHERN BUREAU OF THE CC RSDLP

Comrades! In response to your resolution concerning the desirability of forming an OK of the majority, we hasten to inform you that we fully share your idea. We would only prefer to name the group not OK, but rather the Bureau of Committees of the Majority. We do not consider it possible to take upon ourselves the appointment of the BCM, and confine ourselves to the recommendation of comrades Martyn, Demon and Co., Baron, Sergei Petrovich, Felix, and Lebedev, who (as you know) have in fact already begun the work of unifying the committees of the majority. We believe that under the condition of direct support from several committees, these comrades could act in the capacity of a private group unifying the activity of supporters of the majority.
