N. S. LEPESHINSKAYA, M. I. GLYASSER

Messrs. Fotieva, Lepeshinskaya, and Glyasser

I request that you send my article on the French Agrarian Theses in three or four copies as soon as possible*, and then arrange a phone call with Safarov, or Rakosi, or Radek to ensure that the short article is translated into French without delay—indeed, by tomorrow at the latest—since I need to have a French translation ready by Tuesday evening, or at the latest Wednesday morning. Should the translator not possess the French original of the Theses, he should simply call me, and I will read to him in French, tomorrow, all the quotations from the article that I have at my disposal. After that, I ask that one copy be sent to Comrade Bukharin, so that he may call me to discuss this matter.
