Art. 2. Public cultivation is organized on the entire area of the commune's and society's lands or on a separate part of it; it can be established for all time or for a certain period or to achieve a specially set goal.

Art. 5. The conversion of all the society's lands to public cultivation is carried out by a resolution adopted by a two-thirds majority of the votes of the present and eligible members at the meeting of the society.

Art. 6. To any group of householders, regardless of its number, wishing to switch to joint cultivation of the land, the society is obliged to provide the due area in the following cases:

1) when a regular general redistribution is being carried out;

2) when the lands of these householders are located as a separate section or adjacent to each other in different fields;

3) when the allocation of a separate plot can be done without a general redistribution of all the lands and breaking up boundaries.

Art. 7. If a group of householders with a total number of no less than 50 souls wishes to move to permanent and complete public cultivation, but the allocation of the necessary area for this is impossible without a complete redistribution of all the society's land, which the latter does not agree to, then the allocation of land to one place for those wishing to move to public cultivation is carried out compulsorily by a decision of the district land department.
