To the Union

4. V. 02.

Due to completely unexpected and unforeseen circumstances on our part, we received your letter only yesterday and were unable to reply sooner. We have received no instructions from our delegate regarding the "conditional location." Therefore it would be more expedient if you directly undertake measures to deliver the leaflet to the committees 174. Apparently someone from our people has been arrested. We are not publishing anything for now about the arrest in Białystok. We urgently request that for the sake of speed in important matters all communications be sent through the Paris comrade (Leiteyzen), sending us (to the address: Herrn Philipp Rogner. Cigarrenhandlung. Neue Gasse. 44. Nurnberg) either a copy of the statements transmitted to the Parisian, or a brief summary of them.
