To all Revolutionary Committees of the Crimean Peninsula

With the occupation of the Crimean Peninsula by our valiant troops, various warehouses of goods brought from abroad, as well as those collected within the country for export abroad, have come into our hands. Our Soviet Federative Republic is currently waging an intense struggle against economic devastation and is experiencing an acute need to supply the Red Army and shock production enterprises with the most necessary means of production, materials, and semi-finished goods.

All such items located on the Crimean Peninsula and obtained from the enemy must be most carefully inventoried by trophy inter-departmental commissions, and these detailed inventories must be reported to Kombezkhoz*, copy**, Commission for Utilization*** in Moscow. All goods of local origin must be similarly protected from any plundering, thoroughly inventoried, and information about them must also be reported to Kombezkhoz, copy**, Commission for Utilization.
