The briefest information (2-3 figures) and so precise (or with a caveat regarding the degree of approximation to reliability), that it would be worth my inserting it into a speech at the Congress of Soviets?

I request that you give the most brief answers, in 1, maximum in 2
pages

REQUESTS TO PEOPLE'S COMMISSARIATS. DECEMBER 17, 1921.

1. To Comrade Chicherin (or, if he cannot, to Litvinov)
and Comrade Radek

Will it be sufficient, when characterizing the international position of the RSFSR, to say that only their military party threatens from the side of Poland and Romania, and not all the ruling classes within them?
- that the alliance of 4 powers (England, the United States, France, and Japan), concluded at the Washington Conference, is, firstly, extremely fragile, like all imperialist alliances; secondly, hostile to all other nations?

Should something be added to this?

Is it possible to talk about the plan to invite Russia and Germany to the 2nd conference in April 1922?141 What source should be cited? How reliable or probable should this be considered?
2. To Comrade Chicherin (Litvinov)

Is it possible to characterize our progress in 1921 by the increase in the number of trade
agreements with European powers? If so, list them (in 1920 only with
England, for 1921 with such-and-such).

If not, can progress in this regard be characterized by other data, apart from the volume of trade (which I will request from the People's Commissariat for Foreign Trade)?
3. To Comrade Lezhava

Is it not possible to characterize our progress in 1921 with regard to the development of trade with foreign countries with two or three figures, even if the most sweeping and approximate? For example, purchases and orders in 1920 - about such-and-such a sum; in 1921 for so many months about such-and-such, and in total it will probably be up to such-and-such?

Is it not possible to single out Germany in this regard? Is it not possible to give 2-3 final figures on the volume of our exports abroad in 1921 compared to 1920?
