**COMMISSARS.**
[January 29 (16), 1918]

S.N. Komissarov requests the Food Congress to immediately—no later than tomorrow morning—select at least three of the most experienced food supply workers so that they can promptly participate in the work of the existing higher food supply institutions and in discussions on the most decisive and revolutionary measures to combat famine.

S.N. Komissarov further requests the Food Congress to establish a commission to hear reports from all groups, institutions, and food supply workers currently in conflict and to submit the commission’s findings to the S.N.K. (Council of People’s Commissars).

**Note:** The resolution of the Council of People’s Commissars, printed on the letterhead of the Council of People’s Commissars, is addressed to the "All-Russian Food Congress."
