it is true, was at first unclear even to me, but became clear after
conversations on this subject with workers] which became CLEAR
for us after conversations with workers...
...As regards the question of more broadly drawing in youth, well, there is youth and there is youth. Those who devote themselves to the cause with all dedication and ardor, we draw in, giving them scope and opportunity for initiative. But as for those who idle away
their time chattering about positive work, one must flee from them
at cannon shot...
