The matter concerned a debt of several hundred francs. We present this entry according to the specified copy. On the copy, V.I. Lenin made the note "sent."

12.
RESOLUTION OF THE FOREIGN COLLEGIUM
OF THE C.C. ON THE DEBT OF X.

Zurich. April 1 (March 19) [Sunday].

The Foreign Collegium of the C.C. resolves:

It cannot wait a single day longer and insists that Comrade X immediately return the debt to the party treasury.

The maximum of concessions that can now be given to Mr. X is:

1) to transfer the sum that the party owes to the printing house to X, so that he issues a bill of exchange to the printer;

2) to deposit the remaining sum no later than Tuesday into the treasury of the C.C.

Otherwise, we will be forced to bring the whole matter to the attention of the C.C. in Petrograd.

N. Lenin.
