On the other hand, you say today: “Oh, we want to meet with them, to engage in dialogue and to re-establish the International!” But what you are saying is nothing but empty rhetoric—empty rhetoric precisely because it is being uttered today, sixteen months after Lugano. The very people with whom you seek to re-establish the International are dead; they no longer exist—not in a literal sense, but in a political one.
