Comrade Dovgalevsky!

I request that you submit to me information on the state of our wireless telephone affair.

1) Is the Central Moscow station operating? If yes, how many hours per day?
over how many versts?

If not, what is lacking?

2) Are receivers and apparatus capable of hearing Moscow conversations being manufactured (and how many)?

3) How stands the matter with loudspeakers and apparatus enabling an entire hall (or square) to hear Moscow?
etc.

I greatly fear that this affair has again "fallen asleep" (according to the accursed habit of the Russian Oblomovs of lulling everyone, everything, and all to sleep).
