To Yuryev

The red leaflets must be forwarded to Petersburg, therefore the trunk with them should be sent in that direction (to Pskov, but not to Smolensk or Poltava).

We are sending 100 marks as a loan to the Berlin group.105 It is desirable that the money for forwarding the trunks be collected locally and that this expense be lifted from *Iskra*. Obtain money for this by all possible means, for our treasury is very much strained.

As for your withdrawal from the neutral group, you yourself know best how to proceed. Perhaps it would be better to wait before withdrawing, in view of the possibility of winning someone over to our side.

The printing has been ordered. Repeat the Vienna address you sent — something strange is coming out of it.

As for transport through the member of the Polish Social Democracy, accept his proposal and do everything in your power to provide him as soon as possible with a pood or two of literature for a trial shipment. How much literature do you have available for this?
