Doctor** should settle on the border, for example in Polangen (we have connections there with the non-Russian side, and we also have our own warehouse), study the local conditions (it would be necessary to know Latvian and German, but perhaps it can be managed without them), try to find a respectable occupation (they assure that one can live there by private practice), establish good relations with the local minor officials and accustom them to frequent border crossings. The border is crossed there not with a passport, but with a Grenzkarte*** (its term is 28 days). With such frequent crossings, it will be possible to carry (on the body or in a suitcase according to our method, for which a small medical instrument case is needed) a little literature, several pounds at a time. It is especially important for us that this is done regularly and often, even if only in very small amounts. If a person takes on setting this up and doing it themselves
