Olga writes that we must hurry terribly with the Central Organ—otherwise Kuzma will take other work!

And there's very little material!! A scandal!!

I am sending today directly to the printing house a short article "On the Slogan of the United States of Europe" (written in the spirit of our talks. Be sure to correct the error before the pamphlet and place a note to the manifesto in the pamphlet¹). In the pamphlet I will add another resolution from 1913 on the national question.

I am sending you the article on the national program (I would like to rework it; it didn't come out well, in my opinion; I would prefer to put it aside)**. Olga has 400 pages of material + 125 on the United States of Europe, and altogether it's 736 lines in the issue!!

By Monday morning without fail send (generally with the first post send) more material to Olga. Kvarka***, I think, should not stand alongside your article.
