Yuri's letter has put me in an archipessimistic mood... knavish business 304.

I do not agree with your corrections and have therefore decided for now to send my letter to Alexander* without them (since in general for trading one must not start with less, as these petty merchants set everything on a commercial basis).

I am prepared to make concessions only in discussion and in revenue matters.

A change of firm is obligatory, since the character is fundamentally different (not what "Communist" wished to be); moreover there are the most important practical considerations in favor of changing the firm.

We cannot take Alexander into the editorial board: this means putting everything into question and risking the spoiling of our relations with A. This is archiharmful.

The matter will proceed only if we have a majority here. Otherwise everything is pointless.
(If silvuple removes Yuri, that would even be good; but this is hardly likely.)
Send "Our Voice" with the declaration of Martov & Co. 305.

Salut. Lenin

I am hurrying to get these few lines off.

There is no time to send it by post.
