Why, then, do you not reply about No. 16 of *Rabochaya Mysl* [Workers' Thought], published in Geneva, apparently by Nadezhdin?* Can it be that you will leave this without protest?? What a scandal, that the leaflet *Rabochaya Mysl* No. 1 was burned: of course, some corrections were needed and quite a few at that, but why were they not made? It is incomprehensible what is going on with you!

Why has the printed leaflet on the 200th anniversary of printing been held up?* Send immediately every leaflet, your own and others', workers' and students', all without exception, with notes as to whether quotations are permissible and whether it has been distributed—each in two copies to two addresses, or simply in envelopes, or wrapped inside a legal newspaper and sent as a parcel, but a strong parcel, tied crosswise.

Why do you not send reports to *Iskra* [The Spark] from the St. Petersburg Committee on the money collected by you? You must certainly do this. Workers' correspondence from Petersburg is very necessary: get it.
