And outside the walls of the Constituent Assembly, the party of the majority of the Constituent Assembly, the party of the right SRs,* openly struggles against the Soviet power, calling in its organs for the overthrow of the latter,** supporting the resistance of the exploiters to the transfer of land and factories into the hands of the working people, defending those who serve capital and engage in sabotage, even going so far as to issue undisguised calls for terror, which has already been carried out by unknown groups.*** It is clear that the remaining part of the Constituent Assembly can, because of this, play only the role of a cover for the struggle [of the counter-revolution] of the bourgeois counter-revolution to overthrow the power of the Soviets.
