When I was writing my book on imperialism**, I read about two systems of the State Bank (and banks in general) in capitalist countries. One of these systems — the State Bank's great proximity to commerce.

We need to set a couple of our "financial scholars" (or should I say — *fi*-scholars?) to work on this question.

We need a State Bank a hundred times more closely connected to commerce than the most commerce-oriented of the state banks of capitalism.
