1V.I.Lenin sent N.I.Bukharin his interview given to the correspondent of the English newspaper "Manchester Guardian" A.Ransom.

Ransom came to Russia in October 1922 with the purpose of getting an interview with Lenin. On October 26, he was asked to write down the questions he wanted answered. On November 3, Lenin's conversation with the journalist took place. Lenin promised to give answers before Ransom's departure. On November 5, Lenin wrote the answers. On November 6 they were handed to Ransome, who wrote that: "Just as I was settling down to leave Moscow, I was informed by telephone that the answers were ready. I hurriedly went to the Kremlin and received them just in time to take them with me to the train" (Lenin V.I. Complete Collected Works, vol. 45, pp. 572-573).
