INSTRUCTION TO THE COMMITTEE ON STATE PLANNING
September 1922
I request that you compile:
1) Resolutions as they were published in the newspapers (by the Council of People’s Commissars and the State Planning Committee),
newspaper clippings;
2) A selection of minutes, especially those of particular importance;
3) Old minutes of the Central Committee (the Politburo and the Plenum), in their entirety
(in full).
Then, by all means, keep a close watch on the matter of the American oil concession and keep me informed—both through written notes and by telephone, via my sister.
With communist greetings,
Lenin
