Unschlicht on July 31, 1922. These lists with brief answers to Lenin's questions against each name were returned to him on September 18, 1922, with an accompanying note from the deputy chairman of the GPU, G.G.Yagoda, who informed Lenin that the first batch of expellees would leave Moscow on September 22, 1922.
