To Comrade Dovgalevsky

I have received your reply concerning Nikolayev, as well as concerning the cost of the Bonch-Bruyevich station. On the last point I would need a number of additional clarifications, but I do not wish to distract you from your work and I request that you inform me whether it would be possible to send for a conversation with me by automatic telephone (on the subject of the invention of Bonch-Bruyevich and Uglov) either Comrade Pavlov, if he is fully informed about this invention, or Comrade Ostryakov (I believe that is the surname of the engineer who worked in the radio laboratory of Bonch-Bruyevich and Vologdin and who visited me in Moscow, where he, it seems, frequently is).

I request that you communicate your reply through Comrade Lepeshinskaya or connect her by telephone with Comrades Pavlov or Ostryakov 412.
