Comrade Tsyurupa!

Today I am sending you a package with documents on Hydrotorff. The mail ordinarily arrives in Moscow around half past seven or somewhat later.

I urgently request that you arrange your time so that it will be possible to read the document this very evening and send it for transcription, as well as to dispatch the necessary telephone messages.

On Wednesday* I shall be in Moscow. We shall need to see each other both in the morning and in the evening, so that we might have a conversation for about half an hour.
