Gorbunov spoke to you about Belov. My impressions of Belov are the very best, both from the party side and from the commercial side.
In my opinion, if we do not support such "our own" commercial people,
then it is all just words and words. The guilty parties (in the State Bank) must be punished for red tape and bureaucracy. Otherwise, there will be no result.
