Dear Comrades! I have received from the chairman of your factory committee, Comrade Smirnov, a report on engine production and an invitation to the celebration on April 7.
I congratulate you, comrades, on the success of your work and on the anniversary of the automobile mechanics’ courses. From the bottom of my heart, I wish you vigorous, energetic work that will undoubtedly lead to further achievements. Your successes are of particular significance for the working class and the peasantry as a whole, for the expansion of engine production—especially given Russia’s abundant oil reserves—holds the promise of enabling us to equip rural households with inexpensive, practical engines. Above all, we must strive, time and again, to achieve ever greater success in engine manufacturing.
Best wishes and a communist greeting.
Lenin
