Axelrod—Head of the Press Department of the Comintern, Editor of the daily newspaper “Moskau,” the official organ of the Third Congress of the Communist International, which was published in Moscow from May 25 to July 24, 1921, in German, English, and French; a total of 50 issues were released.
2 V. I. Lenin sent T. L. Axelrod his “Speech in Defense of the Tactics of the Communist International,” which he delivered at the Third Congress of the Comintern on July 1, 1921 (see Complete Collected Works, Volume 44, pp. 23–33), for publication in the newspaper “Moskau.” The speech was printed on July 5, 1921, in Issue No. 33 of the newspaper.
