Comrade Zalutsky and Comrade Solts

Comrade Kasparova-Popova (address: 3 House of Soviets, apt. 63, tel. 58-97) has approached me. She writes that she is in utter despair over her expulsion from the Party and asks me to intercede with the Central Commission for Purging the Party for a thorough review of her case, citing her brother Slava Kasparov and her husband Popov, who was sent by Comrade Sverdlov to the Far East and perished there. She writes that together with her brother, from the age of 14 she began to take an interest in the Party and joined student circles, and by the age of 17 she had already joined the Party and carried out purely technical work.
I do not know this Kasparova personally, or I have forgotten her, but I knew her brother very well abroad, where he was in emigration after the first revolution of 1905, was part of the Bolshevik organization, and enjoyed the deserved respect of all Bolsheviks I had occasion to meet who observed Kasparov's work. This Kasparov died in Switzerland before the 1917 revolution (broken by the harsh conditions of émigré life).
I will try to gather information about who might have known Kasparov's sister more closely.
For my part, I ask the Central Commission for Purging the Party to review the case of Comrade Kasparova's expulsion from the Party.
Lenin
