It is hereby strictly ordered that, until further notice from the VSNKh, work at the Ridder mines must not be suspended, and that the management of the mines, as designated by the Siberian Bureau of the VSNKh, shall remain unchanged.
Comrade Domnenko, Manager of Ridder, will receive specific directives on how to proceed and to whom the Ridder mines are to be transferred.
It is anticipated that the Ridder mines will be placed under concession. [0115]
