Regarding
SKF (Swedish ball-bearing company), I have serious doubts. Has the legal
aspect of the matter been sufficiently communicated, i.e., has our interest been observed?
This interest requires that we not in the slightest degree
allow the weakening of the principle that we are the owners of all nationalized enterprises and
warehouses. These enterprises and warehouses can only pass into the hands of former owners through their formal purchase
of these warehouses from us. We can sometimes make a concession, transfer
these enterprises and warehouses at a low price, but we can never relinquish
our right of ownership.

I ask that this matter be checked especially carefully from the point of view indicated. I especially ask that the check be done in the People's Commissariat
of Justice, where Kursky personally knew and handled this matter, and it is necessary to either find Kursky, or find in the People's Commissariat of Justice a person no less
informed than Kursky.
