Comrade Kamenev!
Badaich 1 very much asks me to help in the matter of transferring the IPC
the estate of the former Yakunchikov and Khodynsky Khutor.
He says it's close to Moscow. Vegetable gardens and a farm for Muscovites.
The Provincial Land Department, he says, will take it for self-provisioning.
Badaich refers to the good Petersburg experience, when the farm
was made exemplary.
In principle: the city's interest should be reflected in its "diligence".
In principle, Badaev is right.
It could also be done this way: give it to Badaich, and formally instruct the Provincial Land Department: You must not fall behind with your state farms. And compare in autumn.
