To Comrade Ryazanov
Dear comrade! Many thanks for the letter, book, and photograph. I am returning the latter.
I will ask for Engels' pamphlet on Schelling when I finish Lassalle's letters to Marx. If it becomes free earlier, I will be very grateful for its dispatch.
I will forward the proposal to the Central Committee 2 to the members of the Politburo.
With communist greetings, Lenin
1 This note is a response to the letter from the director of the K. Marx and F. Engels Institute, D. B. Ryazanov, in which he reported on the results of his trip abroad to acquire published works and manuscripts of K. Marx and F. Engels. Along with the letter, D. B. Ryazanov sent V. I. Lenin a photocopy of "Theses on Feuerbach" and proofs of the third volume of F. Lassalle's correspondence, mentioned in the note.
