Comrade Akselrod copy to Comrades Zinoviev and Radek
August 2, 1921
I have received the German text of the resolutions of the III Congress.
On page 71, 2nd article, I see the very same error and complete nonsense that was in the original draft. Despite the fact that I pointed out this error at the Congress itself and then immediately handed over to the secretariat a German brochure from which the correct quotations should have been taken, despite this, the error and nonsense remained in all its glory 2. I decisively protest against such a publication of the Congress resolutions, which puts us in a disgraceful and ridiculous position. I have repeatedly asked that at least a small number of the most prominent workers in the Comintern secretariat enforce the law on individual responsibility. I ask to indicate who is responsible for such an editorial publication.
If the other resolutions are published in the same way, then the whole book should be thrown into the fire.
