1 Resolution written by Lenin on the telegram from the Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars of the Tatar Autonomous Socialist Soviet Republic characterizing P. Golubyatnikov, the head of the Kazan Criminal Investigation Department who was killed by bandits. On the telegram, Commissar of Internal Affairs A. N. Vinokurov wrote that a pension for N. Golubyatnikov's mother had been assigned.

Zemlya "Organization of Accounting and Record-Keeping of Material Resources of the R.S.F.S.R.," proposed by him to Lenin. On 12 May Lenin received a written conclusion from Deputy Commissar of Finance A. O. Alsky, who, while confirming the timeliness of raising the question of material accounting of the national economy, pointed out erroneous positions of the author (arch. D5 6354).
