Comrade Molotov!
I ask you to put to a vote of all Politburo members a resolution to immediately summon Yakovenko to Moscow, instructing Chutskaev or other Siberian delegates in the same telegram to include an order for his temporary replacement¹. The summons is proposed for acquaintance with him and the possibility of appointing him to the post of People's Commissar. The basis is Teodorovich's feedback, already circulated to Politburo members, and three feedbacks from Siberians, which I enclose.
