Only today did I read — and very hastily — your article, which Bukharin handed to me 1.
I would like to speak with you. I hope to be in Moscow in a few days and find half an hour for a conversation.
The beginning of the article is good. Practical.
But the conclusions contain a number of obvious inaccuracies.
There may also be a misunderstanding: it seems you did not say in the article what you told N. I. Bukharin. What "freedom of the press" do you want? According to the law? And for workers — Socialist-Revolutionaries and Mensheviks? Now? It is unclear in the article.
