Comrades Fotieva, Lepeshinskaya, Gliasser

I request that you circulate my article on the French agrarian theses in three or four copies as soon as possible*, then contact Safarov, or Rakosi, or Radek to arrange for the immediate translation of the article into French, as I need to have the French translation by Tuesday evening or, at the latest, Wednesday morning. If the translator does not have the French original of the theses, let them call me and I will read all the quotes in my article in French tomorrow. Then, please send one copy to Comrade Bukharin so that he can call me to discuss this matter.

to pass through the Political Bureau the proposal to Krestinsky to include Gorky among such comrades and to check that he is fully provided with the necessary amount for treatment. 128.
