Comrade Semashko!

Doctor Gettier asks me to take measures for the treatment of 1) Ivan Ivanovich Radchenko
(Foreign Trade Commissariat). Best of all would be a sanatorium near Moscow. It would be good to send him to the same one where Yagoda
is (from the Foreign Trade Commissariat). 2) Rozovsky (best of all abroad, in Germany). He has heart disease and it worsens in winter.

Your Lenin

Regarding Gettier himself. He does not take money. But now everything is paid. He treats many people.

Is it not possible to appoint him a salary from the Central Committee or from the Presidium of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee, and a substantial one at that, monthly?
Bring it to the CC in my name and drop me a line*.
