Chayko—it will be necessary to request a precise, formal, written assessment from him on every single point outlined in the newspaper Pravda. This assessment must come, first, from Lazarev or another leading scholar based in Moscow or St. Petersburg; and second, from Bonch-Bruyevich and other experts at the Nizhny Novgorod Radio Laboratory No. 124.
