Comrade Lezhava, In one of the newspapers the other day (almost in "Pravda") I saw a
note about the turnover of the Foreign Trade (in the Crimea) of 20,000,000 rubles
in gold!1
Where did this come from?
Has a local turnover reporting been established with You, with a divi-
sion into purchases and sales, and then by main product groups?
Please answer in the name of N.P. Gorbunov and report more precisely how things stand with reporting.
Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars V. Ulyanov (Lenin).
1 This concerns the note "Activities of the Foreign Trade in Sevastopol,"
"Pravda" No. 275, December 6, 1921.
