Rutgers case1.

All points of the subscription that You proposed for immigrants have been accepted
by Rutgers and his comrades without objections. V. Kuibyshev.” On Kuibyshev's reply there is a note by Lenin: “To the Rutgers

STO at the meeting of 30.IX resolved: "immediately summon Martens to Moscow."
Therefore, I order Martens to depart immediately and telegraph
the time of his departure.

In view of contradictory information about Martens’ arrival [in]
Moscow, I propose to summon him immediately [to] direct line
and receive confirmation of his report about arriving in Moscow
no later than October 15. Your telegraphic response signed
by Martens and You must be no later than tomorrow. [01199]
