plans, and for field visits to verify in kind a small number

Not more than
60% of the total number of land surveyors are subject to release
as instructed by the land departments and for a period not exceeding one month. Also, the district land surveying
departments shall provide opinions according to available boundary
plans regarding the amount of land by volost and village as

establish a correct relationship between departments, institutions and
personal responsibility of certain individuals [with general responsibility] [with general establishment of individual responsibility]
for conducting the case.
3) To accept the proposal of Ginzburg3, submitted] on behalf of
