To the Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars
Comrade Lenin
From a member of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee representing non-party peasants
Petrushin
Request

In order to share with you the impressions I have received during my assignments to Vladimir, Cherepovets, Rybinsk provinces and others,
as well as to convey the requests which were transmitted to me by peasant-grain producers in your name, — I request that you spare a few minutes to present a brief report to your attention, for I, as a peasant and representative of peasants, very much desire to see you.

I am well aware that you are terribly busy, but nonetheless I venture to ask you to spare me a few minutes of your time and to set an hour for a visit.

My address: 1 House of Soviets. Room 312. Telephone 2-06-82, extension
312.

With comradely greetings
Member of the All-Russian Central Executive Committee Iv. Petrushin
