The convocation and presentation at the Council of Workers’ and Peasants’ Deputies by Comrade Gorbunov or Smolianinov.”

NOTE TO V. A. SMOLYANINOV*.
November 9, 1921 – Comrade Smolianinov, please take a look at this and return it to Avanesov.
Use the first chart (the loading of Donets coal) as a model for the charts intended for the Council of Workers’ and Peasants’ Deputies.
However:
1. All charts must be mounted in frames, rather than rolled up.
2. The size of the charts should therefore be reduced.
3. The number of lines on any given chart should not exceed three.

ORDERS TO THE COMMANDANT OF THE KREMLIN.
I

.
To the Commandant of the Kremlin.
November 19, 1921
Yesterday, at 8 p.m., I received Osip Petrovich Goldenberg. Despite the warning issued by the Commandant’s office and the guards—with half an hour, if not more—of advance notice, he was detained not in the building of the Sovnarkom, but upstairs.
Once again—and this is far from the first time—I draw attention to this breach of order. Do not force me to resort to harsh measures; instead, ensure that under no circumstances whatsoever can there be the slightest delay when the guards receive notification from my secretariat.
