DEDICATED TO THE CELEBRATION OF THE FOURTH ANNIVERSARY OF THE OCTOBER REVOLUTION,

NOVEMBER 7, 1921.
BRIEF NEWSPAPER REPORT
Comrade Lenin vividly demonstrates that, with each passing day, Soviet power is acquiring ever greater significance in the minds of the working people, convincingly showing that, in and of itself, it is the power of the workers themselves.
“Once a man with a rifle was a source of dread in the consciousness of the working masses,” Comrade Lenin remarks, “but now, as a representative of the Red Army, he is no longer feared—and indeed, he has become their very defender.” (A thunderous round of applause drowns out Comrade Lenin’s concluding remarks.)
