In reply to your telegram No. 411, October 24. I insist decisively that the orders for Gidrotorf be placed on such terms that they will be fulfilled, i.e., delivered to Moscow, not later than March. Please reply more precisely and more quickly; I am terribly afraid that we shall miss the 22nd year as well.
