of this year, which must be launched by the indicated date
necessarily due to political considerations, it is absolutely necessary
that the materials listed below be delivered
Franco Moscow by the dates indicated below: according to specification No. 1
items from 1 to 6 inclusive and from 8 to 13 inclusive by
November 10; according to specification No. 3 item 32 by November 10;
insulators according to specification «Ns 1 items 16 and 17 one third
by November 1, one third by November 10 and one third by November 15,
specification «N? 2 item 42 by December 1, specification «14° 2
items from 108 to 114 inclusive by November 1, specifica-
tion «N? 2 item 45 by December 1. I propose that you accurately clarify
these dates with a guarantee that they will be fulfilled, and immediately
begin sending everything listed, and for every sent batch, telegraph Kashira Construction
indicating the date of shipment, method of shipment and the exact
