You’re familiar with this matter.

I kindly ask that you return it to me, along with your feedback.

Remember: you were opposed to it because of the warehouse.

Is it possible to arrange things as follows: identify a suitable and convenient structure for two separate transactions: under one transaction, the SKF will purchase our entire warehouse. (We must secure recognition of our ownership rights—after all, that is precisely the crux of the matter.)

Under the other transaction, we will purchase goods from them in an amount corresponding to the value stipulated in the contract.

In the end, we pay them that sum*.

Is there any other way to safeguard our interests? I doubt it.

With comradely greetings, Lenin
