Byelorussia, Chairman of the Council of People's Commissars
Copy to the Economic Conference

Teumin's report 295 to the People's Commissariat for Foreign Trade does not answer the inquiry of the Council of Labour and Defence, as it provides no numerical data. In response to telegrams from the Administrative Department of the Council of People's Commissars — No. 01090 of 8 September, No. 01134 of 14 September, No. 01161 of 19 September, No. 01204 of 1 October, No. 01220 of 5 October — the Economic Conference of Byelorussia sends either formal replies or unsatisfactory answers. I request that you immediately demand from the Economic Conference all the aforementioned numbers, investigate the matter, and bring to trial those guilty of red tape and sabotage. The required report, signed by the chairman of the Economic Conference, must be sent immediately. Telegraph receipt of this telegram and its execution.
